Account Security

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Use ThriveBase only for lawful business purposes
• Don't attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system
• Don't interfere with the service or other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are per seat (user) as specified on our pricing page.

Billing

• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ThriveBase. We only use your data to provide our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Intellectual Property

ThriveBase and its features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our service but not copy, modify, or distribute our software.

How it works

When you link a WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, ThriveBase connects as one of that number's linked devices, the same way WhatsApp Web does. This is not an official WhatsApp Business API connection, and Meta does not endorse it.

Risk to your number

WhatsApp may limit, suspend or ban a number at its own discretion, especially when it sees bulk, automated or unsolicited messaging. ThriveBase cannot prevent or reverse such action and is not responsible for it, or for messages WhatsApp deletes. If you need high-volume or automated messaging, use the official WhatsApp Business Platform instead.

Acceptable use

Only message people who expect to hear from you. Do not use ThriveBase to send spam, bulk marketing, or messages to purchased or scraped contact lists. You must follow WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy and the laws that apply to your messages.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected issues may cause temporary downtime.

Support

Support response times vary by plan. We provide best-effort support but cannot guarantee resolution times for all issues.

Changes to Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
